THE FOUNDERS
The practice was founded in October 1994 by Johann Strauss and Julian Scher. Johann had been a partner at Webber Wentzel for over 20 years and Julian completed his articles with Johann as his Principal.
Johann brought to the firm many years of fine commercial and litigation experience in addition to him being a wonderful human being. Johann sadly passed away in 2011 but his spirit and legacy remain with the firm to this day.
